My Go-To Green Smoothie Recipe :)
If you've never had a green smoothie before and you want to try it but are scared that it might taste too... green... don't worry! I've got you covered with my delicious recipe :)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana (you can also use frozen)
- 1 Apple
- 1 Orange
- Kale ( I used around 2-3 Tuscan Kale leaves)
- 2 TSP of Ground Flax Seeds
- 1/2 cup water (adjust according to your preference of consistency
- Ice
- Blender (I have the NutriNinja Auto IQ)
PREP:
I cut and fill my NutriNinja Cup with apple, orange and kale the night before. The next morning I will add the banana, water, ground flax and ice.
